What I really like about Sleuth is it’s so flexible and there’s so much potential, it’s unbelievable.  It’s up to us to plan how to take advantage of that.

Sleuth has empowered middle leaders to analyse the impact of their work; it empowers them to actually make a difference

The inspector explained why he thought behaviour was good;  we said, “We know behaviour in this school is outstanding”, and listed all the reasons.  Having Sleuth meant I was absolutely confident.  We got outstanding.

Staff are starting to realise how powerful Sleuth  really is for supporting the development of the students we work with
